Failed

Today I failed.

I didn't go walking like I said I would.

I ate too much.

I drank wine, and now, the sadness is verbally out and I am swollen all over. I need help but from whom I don't know. My heart aches, Lord. It hurts with guilt, doubt, disappointment, and just pure sadness.

Sigh......
